Sheryl Gould is a Parenting Educator, the Founder, and Director of Moms of Tweens and Teens, an international organization supporting moms to grow in their self-awareness, become more effective parents and build stronger connections with their adolescents and families.
She is the author of her newly released book, SOS! The Technology Guidebook for Parents of Tweens and Teens: Get The Answers You Need, Keep Them Safe and Enjoy Your Kids Again and her upcoming book, “You’re Not Crazy, You’re Not A Bad Parent and No Your Teen Really Doesn’t Hate You.”
For over 15 years, Sheryl has been supporting moms through her online and local one-to-one coaching, MOTTS membership group, public speaking, writing, and leading interactive parenting workshops.
Sheryl’s mission for Moms of Tweens and Teens is to provide moms everywhere, with a non-judgmental and compassionate place to share the struggles and triumphs of raising teens and tweens, know they’re not alone and to learn ways to become more effective parents and raise kids that thrive.
Sheryl is passionate about supporting women to become their best selves and live more meaningful and satisfying lives. Sheryl believes our children are a gift from God that were sent to us to be our teachers and that when we do our own work and experience inner healing we have the power to impact generations to come and make a profound difference in the world.
Jen Kehl is the COO of Moms of Tweens and Teens. She is passionate about supporting and connecting with moms in this season of their lives because she is in that fox hole with them too. She has a background in psychology which she forgot to use when she started raising her now teenager. She is also a published author, music blogger, food allergy pro, photographer, controller of chaos, John Cusack aficionado and all-around interesting person who refuses to put herself into any one category (because that’s boring).
As the mom of a tween boy, Jen loves to share the best content she can find with our social media followers. She prides herself in understanding the needs of our moms, and connecting them with what they need.
She loves to spend time with Sheryl brainstorming ideas for blog posts, videos and virtual classes. And even loves to edit! It’s a gift, and a curse.
Jen feels so blessed to have found Sheryl, and become her partner in the growing national organization of Moms of Tweens and Teens. She finds Sheryl’s wisdom and grace to be such a positive influence in her own life that there is no where she would rather be.
